phone bill error

Hi there,

why does my phone bill look like this? All of my bills have this strange text, please can you fix this so I can view my bills effectively.

Hey @Caljo,

This is an issue impacting customers using an iPhone on iOS 17. We’ve got a fix in testing at the moment and hope to have it rolled out shortly.

As @andewhite mentioned, for now you’ll be able to view it using Adobe PDF views.

You could install a PDF reader app on your mobile phone, and then look at your iD Mobile bills using the PDF reader instead, @Caljo.
