When I make an outgoing call my phone connects but I can’t hear the person or service I have called including ID

I am sorry to hear about this issue. Is it happening with every single call you make to various numbers, and does it happen in multiple locations too?
Also, have you tried turning the phone off and then back on again, and have you tried making a call with the SIM card in a different phone?
