phone contract on line not completed - bank account debited

Help needed. I was busy applying for an on line phone contract and it got as far as bank details, which I completed then I lost reception . Now I can’t find my purchase on I D mobile, even when I follow the link that comes up from the e mailed reminder to complete the purchase. My bank account has now been debited with the 1 pence required to set up direct debit. How do I find my purchase please.

Hello @Dee Stucke,

It sounds like the order has not been placed, 1p is held by your Bank for the verification check and shows as pending but would automatically be returned.

We’d recommend placing the order again when on a reliable connection and you should receive confirmation once it’s completed followed by tracking when dispatched.
