I placed Order Ref 128365875 and received email confirming order but have still not received update on the current situation of my order or when I can expect delivery.

I was oridiginally advised this would be done within 24 hours but  days later I have not heard anything.

Please can you let me know when I will recieve my order?

If I do not receive within 7 days I will have to cancel the order, within the 14 days cooling off period.
