phone not registered - cant log in with ported number

This is massively frustrating

 

Randomly today I'm not registered on the network

 

Second issue: Old ongoing problem where my actual phone number isn't allowed to log in. Not allowed on customer service number. 

 

Need help urgently, need to be able to make calls on my mobile. 

 

I am completely locked out

Welcome to the Community!

We’re aware that some customers were experiencing a network issue that is impacting some customer's ability to make and receive calls and use mobile data. The iD Mobile app is also unavailable for some customers, as it’s getting a high volume of users.

However customers who were experiencing issues connecting to the network should now find they are able to connect. If you're still facing issues, try turning your phone off and on. Due to a high volume of users, the iD app may be inaccessible for some customers.

I'd like to sort out my online account, it's assigned under the temporary number which I had when I joined before the PAC completed

The app/website will update automatically soon after a number port, the number displayed in the app/website has no effect on service.
