Phone number hasn't transfered but says it has

I transfered my old number over a while ago but when I message some people I still come up as the number ID assigned me but people can reach my using my old number too

This could be an issue with iMessage if using an iPhone, or “Chat features” (in the Messages) if using an Android handset.

Sometimes a “Network Reset” can fix the issue @Lois Bishop

Did you reply to the Private Message from iD support, to your Community account, @Lois Bishop

If I was in your position @Lois Bishop, I’d use iD’s online live chat, Facebook Messenger, or send a Twitter DM to contact iD customer support.

The support teams work until 8pm weekdays.
