When I go to Settings> About Phone, my phone number is coming up as unknown. As a result, I’m no longer receiving any calls or texts. This is a fairly new phone but this has not happened before- I was able to receive texts yesterday but I’m not sure why I can’t today. I’ve re-inserted the SIM and turned my phone off and back on again but still no change.
Can someone help me please?

We did have some network issues relating to the sending and receiving of text messages on Saturday, but these have since been fixed. Are you still having the same issue, or is it resolved now?
