phone number transferred

I have recently switched to ID mobile from Three and used my PAC number to transfer my old number onto my ID sim. After I done this it told me on the app that it would transfer on the 17th January which was yesterday and I took the sim out and put it straight back in to allow the phone to re-read it as it wasn’t letting me access anything. It started working with my previous phone number after I done that but today it has gone back to the other number (ID mobile one given) when I message or call people. I’m not quite sure how I can sort it as the app says the number has transferred completely now and I have tried taking the sim out and putting it in again and have also restarted my phone this morning but nothing has worked?

Have you tried turning your phone OFF for at least 20 minutes @Charlie Dorgan?
