Phone received but no Sim.

How do I get in touch with ID mobile to send out the Sim and phone number.

Also , there is no FAQ on website to address this issue.

Hey @Carla99, is this a new contract or an upgrade?

If you upgraded to a phone contract, we don’t send SIMs out with these anymore so just use your old one.

If you purchased a new contract, then we would need to get a replacement sent. It’s quickest to pick one up for free via Currys though but if you want us to message you here to get one sent out we can.

Let us know.
