Hi, I received Pixel Buds A Series as part of my ID Mobile contract. They work fine for audio but the touch controls do not work.
I have checked via the Buds app that touch controls are turned on, but they don’t work with Google Podcasts, Spotify anything.
Am I missing something, or are they faulty?

I’m sorry to hear this, is the media being played via your device only Google Podcasts/Spotify?
Is the pause (tap buds) pausing anything at all?
It may be best speaking to Google directly about this as they may be aware of any faults with this product.
