Hi I need someone to pm me about cancelling disconnection which is processing and why is live chat not loading I have tried for three days and used different browsers but no live chat I have also tried 7777 from my mobile and no where can I find on the menu to stop a cancellation this doesn't look good for id I might just leave anyway John rÂ
