poor 4g coverage in tywyn LL36 0TE

Hi, Very Poor data network coverage in our tywyn area  ( LL36 0TE ) I have a 24 month  contract with id sim. Bt I can't use this sim  in our area.if possible, plz solve this problem.thank you..🙂

First uf all,  Thank you so much for your reply 😊...i hope yours team will sort it  out this issue ..and I decided to stay 😌 with id mobile network

Just to advise you may continue to experience weak coverage in your area.

If you are within the returns period you can look at processing a return as we wouldn’t want you to be stuck in contract with weak coverage.

Hi @Jinu Nandanan 

 

As @andewhite shows above it does appear there is an outage in your area, any recent degradation in signal would be caused by this.

 

However taking a look at the iD Mobile coverage checker the signal in the general area looks to be very weak, I’d expect problems in this area with our signal.
