I've had very poor signal and people cannot hear me on the phone for the past to

two weeks in L23 0SU.

I can’t see any issues in the area.

Please can you advise if you have tested the SIM in a different handset?

If you have the same issue, it may be worth collecting a replacement SIM from your local Curry’s store.

Thanks, I've sorted a new sim to be delivered because I tried this one in 3 different phones all different types and same issue.
