Port form isn't working

Pac code entered all relevant information  but keps coming  up with incorrect  details  any ideas

I am havingbthe same issue but zi went through USWITCH so perhaps that might be why but I am not sure

Please can you confirm that you are using the transaction number that starts with a 4?

You should have received this in your welcome email.

If the transaction number is correct and you are still having issues, please let us know.

Yes I have used the transaction number that startscwith a 4 

I went through USWITch .will that be why I am not able to use the PAC code
