I canāt get back tot he form anymore. Iāve been trying every since I posted this, but as soon as I posted this I realied that the form no longer loaded either. Everytime I try it I get the same as when I try live chat -Ā The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

I canāt use the form, I canāt access live chat and the automated phone line is useless, so I have no way of speaking to anyone about sorting this other than going back to Curryās and returning the phone.

To confirm, yes the transaction number is the correct one beginning with ā4ā. I triple checked all the details and submitted them about 5 times, before then realising that both the form and live chat give the above error on both my computer and on my mobile using the ID Mobile app.

Wow, thank you! Iāve worked in IT most of my adult life and I canāt believe that is what caused the error! Haha
Only thing is, Iām still getting the same error saying when trying to access my PAC the is a problem with the details Iāve entered. Again, triple checked and everything is correct. At least I can use the live chat tomorrow when itās open. Thanks!
