Port from EE

I have had confirmation that my number has ported over from EE. I can call and message out, but I can't receive calls or texts. Fortunately what's app works. I have tried lots of things suggested already,  ie off and on, flight mode on and off and checking the sim in another phone (same issue ) 

 

Any help please?

Okay @Pthiggs, sounds like a split-port if you can send texts and call out but, not receive calls or texts.

The iD number porting team would need to fix this @Pthiggs.

Get in-touch with an iD agent by:

  1. Send iD a private message on facebook (using Messenger).
  2. Send a DM (direct message) to iD on Twitter.
  3. Use the online chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - iD agents work 9am - 8pm on weekdays (8am - 6pm at weekends).

Otherwise, just wait here for an iD moderators to reply to your post, although they’re around 4-5 days behind real-time currently.
