When will my phone start to work? I filled in the pac code when I bought the phone online but it's not working. Please help. Totally lost as to what to do

Which date did you select for the port date?

What happens when you try and use services?

If the port date has passed, please restart the handset and reset your network settings.

Hi Kash. I selected the 30th January i believe. I set it up last night, transferred all my apps from my old phone etc. I thought it would work from today. This ID app doesn't accept my old phone number or the one on the new sim.

The port can take up to 10pm to complete on the port date.
