I ported my number yesterday. My old phone won’t call out now but now neither will new one and still says I have the old number.

Welcome to the Community!

When you port your number, both numbers may not work intermittently on the day of the port.

Once the port has been completed the ported number should work on the iD Mobile SIM.

If you are still having issues, please let us know and we can look into it.
