I requested to port my old Vodafone number on Thursday afternoon 16/11 and for the port to happen on Friday 17/11. My Vodafone simĀ stopped working around 11am on Friday and we are now on to Saturday 18/11 and my new ID Mobile sim is still not working.

Whenever i have done this before the switch has been instant but I'm now on my second day with no working sim

Has your newĀ iD SIM card ever worked @Garry123?Ā 
If it doesnā€™t work in another unlocked phone, perhaps the SIM card is faulty.

Unfortunately, I think the number porting team only work on weekdays.Ā

Hi, I had to go into a Curry's shops and replace the SIM as it was faulty. It's all working now.
