Hi, new customer here,
i got a new phone and new ID mobile sim and have attempted to transfer my old EE number over,
i thought it had ‘cleared’ as i recieved the confirmation text yesterday,
whenever i text/call someone it shows as the number i want to have (my old EE number) and if someone texts that number it comes up on the correct phone
however, if someone tries to call the EE number it rings on my old phone and not the new one,
ive tried researching it and everything seems to point towards a “partial port” or an error while porting,
