I am trying to port my number but have got this message, even though all the details are correct. I received the PAC code this afternoon. What do I do now?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with porting your number across to us, is the transaction number you’re using in the form beginning with a “4”?

 

If not, please double check for this transaction number, this should be in a welcome email from us.
