Hi im trying to text a premium number and its not allowing me iv spoken on live chat an they said they had sorted it and i can text premium numbers within an hour but its still not working iv tried 3 times now and been charged 15p each time this isnt right surely?

Is the premium number an SMS short-code number (i.e. 5 digits),
Is there an error message after you text the premium number?
