Hi ive been trying to text a premium rate number with no luck i contacted customer services yesterday they assured me it would work within one hour but still not working iv tried 5 times and been charged 15p each time iv spoken to them again today and have to wait for a call back from technical team i was wondering is there a quick fix around this? Also il be lucky if they can even ring me because i have no signal most of the time no 5g calls keep tellin me im not allowed to call that number during call i have never had such terrible service in my entire life just disgusting im goin ofcom also the ombnusman!

You should be able to check that your premium services are switched on on your online account. If your bill cap is also set to £0, this will block any premium SMS.
