Hi, I am unable to receive a premium text from the RNLI for lifeboat callouts. Number is 83311. They say network is blocking premium text receipt. I've switched on every setting but still won't let me reply to them to say I want to continue.

Hello @Ashley1879,

Not all short codes work on the iD network.

I believe their network partner (three) dictate what does and doesn’t work - it’s possible this code’s not available on three.

Somebody at iD should be able to check this for you.

Anyway, good luck.

Hi @Ashley1879, 83311 isn’t supported on our network, I’m afraid. You may wish to contact them via alternate means, sorry about that.
