Problem with switching to ID

Hi,

I have problem with switching from Lebara to ID mobile. I got my PAC code. But whenever I’m trying submit all the information it showing some error. Can someone help me with it.

The transaction number must start with the number “4” @JakubK.
Try entering your SURNAME using all CAPITAL letters.

Hey @JakubK,

As above, there’s an issue with the form only accepting all caps on the surname (fix to be in place shortly).

You also need to use the transaction number beginnging with 4. Found on your Welcome to iD email.
