Hi, 

I’ve transferred across from Plusnet and my SIM is working great so I bought another 24 month contract for my 16 year old son, which I have yet to install.  Now I am trying to get the same deal for my 13 year old daughter and it keeps cancelling….I have tried multiple email addresses and bank accounts.  I would like us all to be under the same roof - please help!

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with ordering. 

Is it the credit check that is failing? If so we wouldn’t be able to override this and other bank cards wouldn’t change the outcome.
