Proof of Ownership Required for Insurance Claim

I need to send proof of purchase with make and model of device, IMEI number and date of purchase of the mobile phone i bought through ID Mobile, please can you help?

Okay @stuartdn, messaging in this forum isn’t real-time, and it could be several days or more before iD Mobile read your post.

If you don’t mind waiting, hang on here for an iD agent.

Otherwise, try using:

  • The iD Live Chat service, and type “talk to a person” after connecting (to avoid the bot). 
  • Social media - facebook (Messenger) or Twitter (direct message).

It’s normally best to contact iD between 9am - 6pm - to speak privately with a real person.
