The iD MobileĀ Live ChatĀ service really is the fastest way of getting this sorted.

Make sure you start your chat betweenĀ 9am - 8pm weekdaysĀ or 9am - 6pm weekends.

YouĀ should type ā€œtalk to a personā€ once you get connected, to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot.

Chatting in the above time periods means youĀ get through to a real person in iD customer support.

I already went there and they just said to email documents@idmobile.co.UkĀ but I did this twice and havenā€™t had any reply.

That is really awful customer service @Chris Scott.

You could try sending a PM on their social media - facebook or twitter.

There should be iD agents helping 8am - 8pm weekdays and 9am - 5:30pmĀ weekends.

Otherwise, hang on for a reply from iD, to thisĀ post, at a later date.
