proof of usage

Good morning 

I’ve been trying for almost two weeks to get my proof of usage after losing my phone. I’ve emailed, bot chatted and agent chatted. Can you help please.

Sorry to hear that you’ve lost your phone.

Your iD Mobile monthly bills show your usage, including all the calls you made, text messages you sent and mobile data you used.

Get your usage by downloading a PDF copies of your most recent bills from your iD My Account online.

many thanks for your response. I’ve tried that but the insurance company won’t accept it as it also needs to show the IMEI number- see below. 
Ive had a response via Twitter so hopefully middle of next week 😩.

This document will need to confirm the IMEI number of your device, as well as the first and last usage dates - your service provider can usually provide this document.
