Hi there,

Please can I get some help blacklisting my mobile phone and also receiving a proof of useage. I’ve tried contacting you on facebook and it is extremely frustrating not being able to get anywhere.

I still haven’t received a PDF copy of the proof of usage.. not sure what the hold up is on sending one email. Would really appreciate a response as this has dragged on now for nearly 5 days.
