my daughters phone has a locked SIM and I need to PUK code to unlock it. How do I go about this ? I pay the bill and I’m not sure if its my name or hers on the account (she is 12).
Please help shut down is going to give us both a nervous breakdown if she doesn't regain access to her phone soon

Apologies for the delayed response here.
Is this phone PUK clocked from an iD SIM? or a different network?
As in, was it in use with a different network before the SIM PIN was entered wrong too many times?
A PUK code from us may not work but we can surely provide this if it helps.
PUK codes are used to unblock the device due to too many incorrect SIM PIN entries.
Just to clarify, we cannot unlock the phone with a PUK code as this is a different thing altogether.
