Messaging in this forum definitely does not happen in real-time, and it’s often several days or more before
You should request your PUK code via the iD live chat service or by sending iD a private message (PM) using facebook or twitter.
Contact iD Mobile between 9am - 6pm - that way you can chat or PM with a real person.
The “How do I get a PUK code to unblock my SIM?” community FAQ also explains how to do this - anyway, good luck.
