Put wrong email when I got my phone

So I bought my phone and the contract while I was at work, unfortunately I’ve put my work email by accident, so all my updates have been coming through my work email and not my personal email.

My phone isn’t even here yet and I’ve made a mistake.

I can’t find a clear answer on how I can change my email, even if I can do anything about it. It’s not ideal given my profession. Can anyone help me or give me instructions on what to do? Thanks.

Hey @NFKBane,

The contact email can be updated once you receive your order.

Any further contact details would then be sent to your new email.

Also when you register for an account, use your personal email as the username and you will be fine.

We send an order acceptance email, followed by a Welcome to iD email and then a dispatch email (when the phone is dispatched).

Just forward those 3 to your personal email and then once you have the phone delivered, register for an account and contact details.
