Question re contract


I thought I was at the end of my contract - could someone please advise as to whether my contract has been ended, or if it goes on.

If your minimum term has expired your service will continue until you cancel or port out and you will be on a 30day rolling contract.

 

If you're happy with the service, do nothing.

If you want to keep your number and move networks request a PAC and use it.

If you no longer want the service, contact ID Mobile and put in your cancelation request.

The advice @WelshPaul is pretty accurate. If you wish to reduce your costs by going SIM only though, or maybe upgrade to a new handset, you can check out your options for both of these through the iD Mobile App to see what plans are available to you.
