If your username and password are mentioned as not existing it sounds like you haven’t registered to the iD Mobile app/website.

I still can't use my I.d account?
I can only log on to this.
But when It asks again I can't get in?
I wanted to change my settings but I can't get in.

Otherwise you’ll probably need to use the online iD live chat for assistance.Â
