Recieved my phone, but I've been sent no Sim card or eSIM. What do I do now?

Was delivered the Motorola Razr Ultra this week, just the phone and a bunch of emails saying you’re all set up. No details about sim cards or network setup. What do I do now?

Hey @aarocoat did you still need help or have you been able to get this resolved since?

If you upgraded to a new phone contract, then you would keep the same SIM as we don’t send SIMs with phone upgrades.

The new plan should be showing on your account.

For iD online live chat try https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - the support team work until 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Did you order your new Motorola SIM-free from iD Mobile?

Thanks for the reply.

I ordered a new phone, but I’m an existing pay-monthly customer which I’m wondering if that’s why I wasn’t sent one.

How do I get to the online chat?

Are you a new customer, or did you get an upgrade via your iD account @aarocoat

New customers should get an iD SIM with their new phone.
If you didn’t you can get a replacement SIM from any branch of Currys, or use the online live chat to order a replacement.

If you upgraded, then use your existing iD SIM card, assuming it fits in your Motorola Razr.
