I was wondering why my recurring charge has changed from £36 to £53 when I haven’t changed my plan ?

Hi @Emmelou92

Have you changed your billing date recently?

The bill should show the date range that it concerns, is that 30 days or longer than 30 days?

Tom

I have checked the breakdown of the bill and there is no extra costs i to cover plus my account has a cap limit which wasn’t used at all, just finding this weird. I didn’t know the price of a contract could change with a phone without being told.

@WelshPaul

last months recurring charge was £36 which is my contract agreement.

this months is £53…

but no outstanding balance from previous and no payments outside of my contract owed as everything is unlimited.

Have you downloaded the PDF copy of your £53 bill, and checked where charges to your account have been allocated @Emmelou92
