Hello,

 

I have made a friend referal in March 22. on the status still says pending (my friend has made more than 2 payments. Livechat isn’t able to help. What can I do?

Can you please advise that all the terms of the scheme have been followed?

As per the termsbelow it can take 90 days to receive any vouchers.

‘11. iD Mobile plans that are purchased by a Referred Friend prior to entering do not qualify and the Referred Friend must purchase a new plan. After the Friend has purchased a qualifying plan, both the Referrer and the Referred Friend will receive the eligible gift voucher by email within 90 days of the Referred Friend submitting their account number on Buyapowa portal.’
