refer a friend not worked

I git an email to say that my reward is ready. There is no status button anywhere!!!!!!

Hi @maschaudhry,

Have you logged into the portal to check you reward status?

You can check the status of your rewards by clicking the 'check status' link on idmobile.co.uk/refer-a-friend.

Let us know if it doesn’t show and we will PM you so we can assist you further.

Hi there is a link to the refer a friend page  when I have logged in there is no check status option anywhere.......
