We’ve setup another contract in our household (within the terms and conditions), but we can’t submit our new account number to take advantage of the refer a friend scheme. Is there any support available.

Could you let us know a little more about what the issue is with submitting your account number?
Has the referred person had the email and having issues entering it there or has the email not been received?
