I cannot see a “Status” option for the refer a friend scheme - I did refer a friend a while ago and can see no update.

The Refer a freind requires you to:
Complete the form to get your unique link
Send this link to a friend or family
Get them to enter their details then make a purchase via the iD Mobile website
They then link their account number within 14-days after on the same page
Once done, you’d wait till 2 bill payments are made and we’d send the vouchers out (I believe it’s within 30-days) to you both.
Can you confirm if the correct process was followed and you’ve allowed enough time for this?
