Refer a friend issue

Hi guys, I have 3 referrals pending 2 since April and on since May. There hasn't been any updates to them at all, can you please find out what's going on for me?

Hi there Kash, I seemed to have missed your reply till now.

But when I checked my status updates it says still pending. This should have gone through by now. All 3 referrals are fully contracted and ID account holders.
