Hi, I recently accidentally purchased two new phone contracts (and phone) I processed a refund and was given an address to send the unwanted handset to, however I haven’t yet had a refund or heard anything back from id regarding the refund. How can I find out what’s happening without having to speak to a robot or get cut off all of the time?!

To avoid the robot, type “talk to a person@Emma Lang

Otherwise, perhaps reach out to iD support privately on social media by using Facebook Messenger, or with a X (Twitter) DM. The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

When was the handset sent back to us? Do you have tracking?

 

The refund should come back to you 3-5 working days after the return has been completed by our warehouse team.
