I am getting extremely impatient waiting for my refund for the upfront fee. My phone was sent back in 13th dec special next day delivery. I’ve been told ever since I’ll be getting my refund in 3 to 5 working days but it’s almost been a month. I keep getting fobbed off by the social media team and customer services but I’m still no clearer when I will get my refund
