I was gifted £20 for no signal & data whilst travelling in Ukraine. The refund has not been reflected in my bill - just shows as a £20 credit payment but not been deducted from my monthly payments or refunded as promised?

A £20 credit would take away from the next posted bill, have you been charged a full bill and the £20 hasn't taken away from anything?

@Tom yes the £20 was credited but I got charged my normal bill.

Was the credit applied to your account after the bill was produced?

It may not be used until your next bill, please let us know if it isn’t taken off the next bill and we can check it out.
