Hello, my SIM card appears to have failed. I don’t believe it is a network issue as my partners phone is functioning okay (on id Mobile). I have a dual SIM phone and swapped the SIM to the second position but no change, it reports SIM Status not available. I cannot log into my account as to reset the password I need to receive a text message which clearly is not going to happen and I cannot use Web Chat as I need to access my account to get the PIN number required. How do I circumnavigate these issues?
