Replacement Sim Activation still says no service

Hi

I have lost my phone.

I have blocked the phone and sim and entered the barcode of the replacement sim into ID mobile app.

It said that it would be working in a few hours. That was yesterday.

Why hasn't my sim been activated?

It is still showing no service.

How can I speak to someone in customer services?

Hi @Mohsin,

 

You need to remove the block you placed on the SIM. Even though it’s a new SIM card, the block you applied to the old one will still apply until you remove it.
