Replacement SIM never arrives

Has anyone had issues getting a replacement SIM from ID?

I’ve asked three times now since 20th November, but nothing has been received. Each time they claim they’re sending me a new one and it will take 2-3 days in the post, but nothing ever comes.

I am considering cancelling the Direct Debit as I’m paying for something I cannot use

Sounds like iD aren’t using the correct postal address @Sam_Naz

Anyway, you could collect a replacement SIM card from your nearest Currys store. 

This forum article explains why cancelling your direct debit may not be such a good idea.
