Good evening,
Somewhere between activating my new sim and my number porting over I’ve managed to lose the sim card.
I see the quickest way to get a replacement is heading to a carphone warehouse store.
How exactly does this work?
Do I simply walk in, explain what’s happened and they’ll hand over a new sim with my number already ported onto it, or are there extra steps involved?

Replacement iD SIM cards are not activated, so if you pick-up a replacement in-store, you’ll need to activate the SIM before you can use it
