provided PAC code and number I wished to keep to web chat team. My old 02 sim has quit working and the number hasn’t been placed onto my ID sim.

If your number transfer should have been completed yesterday
You can ‘talk’ to the iD Mobile customer support team by sending them a private message on facebook, or Twitter.
The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).
